This beautiful hillside apartment is within metres of Millendreath Beach. With charming sea views, you'll find it hard not to relax and unwind during your stay in our luxury self contained apartment. Due to its location within Millendreath Beach Resort, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of an onsite bar and cafe, not to mention the scenic coastal paths which will no doubt tempt you to visit the neighbouring beaches such as Plaidy and the popular seaside town of Looe. PLEASE NOTE: There are several steps up to the apartment. The apartment has a generous outside balcony which is equipped with large table, chairs and sun loungers for you to enjoy. From here you will be able to enjoy your dinner 'El Fresco' whilst taking in the beautiful sea view. Patio doors lead from the balcony into the main living space where you will find an open plan modern layout with two sofas, TV, breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen. Tea, Coffee, Sugar and milk will be available on arrival. From the living room you have the first bedroom with one double bed. This room has sliding doors leading onto the balcony. The second bedroom also leading off from the living room has two single beds and a window looking to the side of the property. The last door from the living space takes you through to the bathroom which has a toilet, sink and shower cubicle. All bedding and towels will be provided - One bath towel and one hand towel per person. Electric will be provided for initial check in however dependent on your usage, this may require you to top up using the facilities on site. Please note this is cash only. Our apartment is located within 'Millendreath beach resort' and the parking is onsite in the main car park which is £20 for one vehicle for up to a week. Guests will have my contact number and I can visit property if necessary however I will not be readily available in person.
