For a cottage it is unique and spacious, set over three floors with good height ceilings. You have the opportunity to relax in the old sweetshop with some original signage. We are based on a level part of Matlock with a short walk to the award winning old victorian parks that host several events through the year but is also great place to grab a coffee. Although we have no off street parking, there are plenty of places less than 5 min walk that are safe and easy to leave your vehicle close to the house.
