Cornish cottage, 5 minutes from St. Ives!
This beautiful little cottage is a classic example of those built at the turn of the century for miners and farmers. The thick granite walls and exposed beams, along with the sympathetic lighting inside give the cottage an undeniable romantic aura. It is located in the village of Nancledra, halfway between the North and South coasts, five minutes from St Ives and ten minutes from Penzance. There is a private driveway for your car that opens out into the back yard. There you'll find a bench for when the sun is out and a drink is in order! You can contact me via text and I'll respond as quickly as possible. Response times will become slower the later it gets in the evening.... The cottage has a driveway to safely park your car (see pictures). When parking I use the neighbours spaces over the road to temporarily get my car off the road, then when the road is clear of other traffic I reverse onto the driveway. The village has a little shop that is open Thursday to Sunday in the village hall just down the road, left at the red phone box. It started out in a horsebox during the first lockdown and is stocked with locally sourced and cooked items. Be quick though, it's very popular!
