Orangewood House

Quiet friendly neighborhood on north west side of Muncie. Very close to McGalliard Road, Walmart, Meijer, Ball State, several restaurants, IU Health, Tillotson Ave. Easy access off I-69 and is just outside of Cammack and Yorktown. The main living quarters is upstairs and is private. The downstairs has a bar/living room, your guest room, your bathroom, laundry room, & patio door out to backyard. Clean house in quiet friendly neighborhood on north west side of Muncie. Enjoy the yard on a nice day or watch Netflix or Hulu downstairs in the family/bar room or Guest bedroom will have fresh towels in armoire and sheets on the bed with full use of armior and dresser. Ceiling fan & light with remote. bedside table light with remote. Fireplace electric heater can be used for heat and/or light and has remote. Parking will need to on road out in front of the house. You will have a keypad number for front door to access the house or can request the phone app to lock and unlock door. Guest will have access to bar/living room, downstairs guest bathroom and guest bedroom, laundry room & outdoor spaces. We will usually be doing our own thing and let guests do theirs as well. We stay pretty busy and always doing something! We also work from home sometimes so we may be on phone, computer, or people may be visiting upstairs, Brent is a massage therapist and works out of his massage room upstairs so please do not disturb hi. upstairs if he has clients over. I am best available by text if there is a question or concern fo anything you may need. Very quiet nice neighborhood to enjoy a walk many neighbors walk the subdivision. Close to Meijer, Walmart, restaurants, not far from Ball State, Ivy Tech, & Ball Hospital/IU Health. Car is the best way to get where you need to be by driving yourself, using Uber or Lyft. Sometimes we have a car you can rent on Turo. Shoes are fine downstairs but not past the front door landing to upstairs. There are shoe slip covers that can be worn over shoes on carpet in the center drawer on mirrored coat rack at front door entry way if you would like to use them. TV trays are in closet downstairs for any of your needs off the bar/living room all the way in the back. The upstairs and garage are off limits and are private use. There are two cats (sometimes three) that are very chill and do their own thing but always curious and may be interested in you at first. If they ever are bothersome let me know (can't imagine there would be an issue though). Its best to let them come to you and they will be friendly. If you try to force it or not let it be their idea they will be upset (not to worry though). We also have a dog named William, he can be super intimidating when he comes up to you for the first time you meet him but he will not harm you and if he is bothersome in any way please let me know. He is a quiet and very well behaved dog and we have had no issues or concerns with him. Dirty towels can be put in laundry room on floor or left in bathroom. No cigarette smoking in the house. You may smoke outside on front porch or back deck. Any kind of vape are fine indoors. Please use coasters for all drinks in Guest Bedroom, and Family/bar room. There are coasters in each room. I always keep doors locked just fyi and door auto locks after a three minutes. Be sure to have your phone or know the code!
