Beautiful fully refurbished spacious 1 bedroom flat with comfortable living area and fully equipped kitchen. The flat is a ground floor apartment with access with a sunny, private garden at the rear of the property. Situated in a quiet street in Airdrie, close to local amenities such as shops, restaurants and beautiful walks. The nearby train station offers good access to both Glasgow and Edinburgh. Also gives easy access to the motorway for Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling and beyond. Great flat for small families or couples looking to enjoy the many fun activities in Glasgow and its surrounding areas. The flat offers a comfortable double room along with a large sofa bed in the living room which can easily sleep up to two guests. Guests have access to the full flat and the garden at the rear. Guests can be met at the property and checked in by owner, however we prefer to use a lockbox which means guests can arrive at a time that is convenient for them. Guests can feel free to contact me for any assistance during their stay. The flat is in a quiet area but there is plenty around to do. There is a small connivence store just one street up from the flat. There is also a number of large supermarkets just over a mile away from the property. There is a number of restaurants and bars nearby and petrol stations around a mile away from the flat. From the flat it is easy to get to a number of local attractions such as The Time Capsule Leisure Centre, Summerlee Heritage Park and Drumplier Country Park. Close to Airdrie Train Station which has trains frequently to Glasgow and Edinburgh. There is free on street parking right outside the flat. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED No pets
