Villa Bergamotto offers two luxury apartments, designed to be rented as a whole for large families and friends, or individually as two separate apartments, both are suitable for couples & families. Overlooking olive groves and rolling hills, roaming goats and the crystal waters of the bay you truly can enjoy a bygone age of nature with a beach holiday. The Villa is ideally positioned centrally between two magnificent historic towns of Pizzo and Tropea, both towns are only 12 minutes drive away First floor apartment at Villa Bergamotto with separate entrance via side staircase (10 steps approx) outside lights. Parking outside. Amazing panoramic views over rolling hillside villages and the sea known as ‘coast of the gods’ Well furnished sun terrace with high quality sofas, dining area with seating. Large Sun umbrella, gas BBQ. Inside the two bedrooms are very large with exposed timber beams, windows with shutters with uninterrupted views. Large 2m beds with Egyptian cotton bed linens, silk filled throws. Fully fitted kitchen, bathroom & lounge area. WiFi. AC. Luxury travertine marble bathroom with large shower, bidet WC. Marble floors throughout. Also has outdoor hot/cold shower. Fly nets fitted to ALL windows & doors Although this is our first season with Airbnb, we have been renting for seven years with over 90 five star reviews on other sites. We also offer the larger ground floor apartment with Airbnb. Full refunds given if due to covid travel restrictions The first floor apartment is all yours to enjoy. With private off street parking. Our lovely multi lingual housekeeper lives just 1km away from Villa Bergamotto. Beautiful sandy safe beaches with free parking just 4 minutes away by car. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy towns. Semi rural but just 4 min drive to three stunning sandy beaches. Pizzerias and local beach bars. Shops & bars Restaurants. Car is needed, although a local taxi can take you anywhere if you prefer. It’s just 4 minutes drive down to the local beaches with pizzerias and bars open all summer. Our price is fully inclusive and includes the following: - Meet & Greet (Francesca speaks fluent English, German & italian) - Private parking for vehicles (first floor) or within gated and walled driveway (ground floor) - Egyptian bed linen and towels. -optional change of bed linen and towels after one week @ 20€ per room (2 person) - Beach towels. - baby cot and high chair available at no charge - Air conditioning. (Hot and cold) - fly nets fitted at all windows & doors - Kitchen utensils. (Pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, plates, bowls, glasses, blender, food mixer) - Complimentary toiletries. We also have some beach equipment of our own at the Villa which you are very welcome to use it if you wish, we have beach chairs and umbrellas, picnic cool bags with thermos, snorkel & masks, blow up Lilo beds including pump, beach boules and buckets and spades, normally this keeps all ages occupied:)
