Our 1 bedroom apartment is nestled in lovely, leafy University Park, an old fashioned town with tree-lined streets and sidewalks, conveniently located near 2 DC metro stations and just a mile from the Univ. of Maryland and the National Archives. Privacy! Separate carriage house. Gorgeous neighborhood close to University of Maryland, Archives, DC and metro. Free shuttle to metro. Plenty of street parking next to the property. Great neighborhood to walk, jog. As much or little as the guest desires (!) University Park is unique. We think it is the best kept secret in the DC metro suburbs! It is a park like setting with plenty of shady trees and gorgeous azaleas and gardens. Lots of neighbors work at the University of Maryland, since it is a quick bike ride away. DC Metro is a 15 minute walk away. Our neighborhood also has a free shuttle on weekday mornings and evenings (currently not operating because of Covid). Plenty of street parking next to the property. Minimum stay of 5 nights.
