Sweet & Warm Flat in City center, near the Danube

A flat in my home town where I lived for years and bit by bit, with lot of love made it my cozy, beautiful home :) Still love to spend time there when I'm in town. A bedroom with double bed is in cozy, sheltered part of the flat. Kitchen fully equipped with small bar table, big and bright living room with additional beds and dinning table. Located in 1 of the major streets in Novi Sad, bus station 15 meters away, and just below the flat you will find probably best domestic pie (burek) in town! Arranged with lot of love :) Fits 3-4 persons, whole flat is fully furnished so ideal if you are staying for a longer period (7+ days). Great for students (only 3 min walk to the University center). Very adequate for staying during the EXIT festivals since you would need to walk only for 15 min to the Petrovaradin Fortress or take the bus (station 15 m) to the last station. In the city center, 5 min walk to Danube river quay, 5 min walk to SPENS (Website hidden by Airbnb) 10 min walk to Zmaj Jovina street in the very center of Novi Sad. Danube river quay, Strand - city beach with sunbeds and beach chairs, coffee shops, Petrovaradin Fortress, University complex, SPENS - sports and shopping center, and sooo close to city center :) Located in one of the major streets in Novi Sad, bus station 15 m, or you can just walk to the center for 10 mins top :) Many great food shops rights near or cross the building :) Burek (traditional Serbian cheese or meat pie), pizzas, bakeries, burgers, traditional Serbian meals and restaurants in 200 meters radius. You have three 24/7 shops in just 1 min walk!
