A cosy warm single room, with a comfortable electric bed, a beautiful oak wardrobe and set of drawers, including a mirror. Our home is 2 mins from shops, library and restaurants. It is a short walk to a major shopping mall, VUE cinema and much more. A lovely single room with beautiful oak furniture and luxury carpet. Newly decorated. Guests share bathroom with one other guest Guests have access to the kitchen diner, where they are welcome to prepare light meals. You are welcome to use the microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and kettle. Furthermore, guests are welcome to use the 2nd lounge and sit in the large sunny garden. I am willing to provide advice regarding site seeing, employment, language problems etc. However, if guests require peace and quiet I will fully respect their privacy. The neighbourhood is safe and peaceful. However, it is a twenty minute walk or a short bus journey to a major Shopping Mall in Cribbs Causeway, including a VUE cinema and an abundance of restaurants. This area is the biggest part of Bristol for employment. There is local transport to the city centre, Parkway train station, the hospital, Bristol and UWE universities, Cribbs Causeway Shopping Mall and many more places.
