This 120 m2 ground level apartment is very charming and the south facing terrace is a perfect place for sunny and warm days. This domicile fits perfectly for up to four people. The second bedroom is with a double sofa bed or can be used as a study room like I do. There is no wardrobe in the second bedroom but a clothes rack can be provided on request. My apartment is nicely decorated with lots of love for details. A lot of the furniture are made out of high quality materials. The wood used for the chairs and the table in the kitchen is solid American cherrywood. This wood is also used for the table and the side board in the second bedroom (study room) with a large and comfortable sleeper couch. The sofa in the living room is from Rolf Benz. Most lamps are designer lamps. All paintings are originals. The flat and the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large garden section which belongs only to the apartment. I am available whenever you need me. If I am not around, a friend of mine will help you. My neighborhood is very green in summer and snow-white in winter. It is in walking distance to a small shopping center and the Autobahn is just a few minutes away. One can reach many beer gardens by bicycle. They are open as soon as the beer in the mugs is not freezing any more :). A very modern gym is also very close by. A bus stop is in walking distance, just 4 minutes away. The bus brings you in 8 minutes to S-Bahn or U-Bahn (underground, metro). It is an ideal location to visit the city of Munich with its plenty attractions. At the same time it is very close the Bavarian Lakes like Tegernsee or Chiemsee for swimming or sailing. The Bavarian or Austrian mountains are just 45 minutes away for biking and hiking or skiing and snowboarding in winter.
