High Bentham is a bustling North Yorkshire market town, with a vast array of pubs, bars, restaurants, shops and is bordering the stunning Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Forest of Bowland, an area of outstanding natural beauty, close to the famous ingleton waterfall trails, whitescar caves, the Yorkshire three peaks, ideal for walking holidays, lovely walks from the doorstep. Excellent access to neighbouring towns and villages including Settle, Skipton, Kirby Lonsdale and Lancaster, the main A65 is nearby and there’s a railway station 5mins walk away on the Leeds to Carnforth line. High Bentham is situated near the main A65 with Kendal to the west and Skipton to the east, 2.5 miles from Ingleton and approx 15mins from Settle and Kirby Lonsdale, Lancaster and the M6 motorway are approximately 20 mins away. High Bentham train station is on the Carnthorth to Leeds Line making it ideal to visit local attractions. There are many walks on the door step. There is no designated parking at the cottage, but there is ample on street parking literally in front on the cottage and a large free public car park located 2 min walk away from the front door.
