Refurbished in July 2020. Private entrance to front. Brand new fully fitted kitchen including fridge freezer and washing machine. Master bedroom with double bed and USB charging points on either side for your convenience. Bedroom two has one single bunk bed and both bedrooms have hanging rails. Anti-allergy & 100% cotton bedding throughout. Bathroom includes sink, toilet, bath & walk in shower. There is a handkerchief lawn to the front entrance of the flat, where you will find a traditional wooden swing hanging from the cherry blossom tree. There is a garage available just around the corner from the flat which can be used as secure storage for bikes etc. This was my first home when I flew the family nest, I have very fond memories of my time spent here & the flat has always had a lovely atmosphere to it. The flat is set back from the street so makes it very quiet & peaceful. The entire flat is rented for full privacy and comfort, for weekly or longer stays a weekly clean and bed linen change can be provided. Washing machine available and washing powder etc provided for your convenience. The flat is situated within a housing estate on the outskirts of a small friendly village on the the North East Coastline, with only a 20 minute walk to Cresswell beach (5 minute drive). A 5-10 minute walk to the local shop and a traditional pub The Plough Inn. There is a small nature reserve which is a 5 minute walk from the flat where you can walk around the pond and feed the ducks. Parking is within the street with the apartment situated to the left (within a block of six). National Trust Sites Nearby Visit Gibside, Seaton Delaval Hall, Wallington Hall, Cragside – lots to see and do!
