Seperate and private suite in large family house. Own w/c, walk in power shower. The suite is tastefully renovated and modern, added bonus of large patio area, which is partially covered. Located minutes from Zurich Airport first bus runs at 5.11am taking no more than five minutes. Superb connections to Zurich H.B, only 12 minutes away on train. Public transport just around the Corner. Good choice of local restaurants. Free parking directly in front of house. Kitchen is for private use only. The space is unique and private to the rest of the house, spacious, quiet and modern, almost like a small studio apartment. The shower area is large and newly renovated, with power shower. The toilet is also newly renovated and seperate. The space I offer including the shower and toilet are for guests only. The room also comes with mini bar, maps, tours and local attractions. Guests are welcome to use the garden and the large covered patio area, which is a great way to unwind after a long day exploring. Parking is directly in front of house and free of Charge. If guests have a late flight and wish to leave their luggage after check out time they may do so. Although we are very close to the city centre, we are situated in a quite neighbourhood, therefore, if you wish to be directly in the city centre then this isn't the right choice for you. Train services are also available directly from the airport for day trips such as Reinfall, Sāntis, Titlis even Germany. Also, Zurich city,. taking around 10 minutes to the main station. Alternatively, a five minute bus journey to Kloten train station and a 12 minute train journey and you are in Zurich main station. The kitchen is not accessible to guests, please do not book this space if you wish to cook.. Due to covid I no longer allow guests to be barefoot in the house, and outdoor shoes are not permitted . Therefore, please bring house shoes. Guests may Access most parts of the house, except the upper floors. There is a large garden/Patio area that is available to them, should they choose to sit outside on a nice evening. Im normally around 24/7 should someone have any questions regarding excursions, eating out etc.... The neighbourhood is lush, we are minutes away from a large pine forest. Great commuter belt, Zurich Airport 5 minutes away, offering 4 busses an hour. First bus runs at 5.11am. Zurich main station is 12 minutes away once on the train.. Plenty of local restaurants, 5 minute bus journey away. Although we are very close to the city this is a quiet neighbourhood, which offers peace and quiet after a long day exploring the city and sights. If you wish to be directly in the city centre this would not be the right choice.... Getting around is easy, with the Option of bus 732 or 734 to and from the airport. First bus runs at 5.11am. Direct Train into Zurich City which takes approximately 12 minutes to Zurich HB. Taxi Service both to and from the Train Station and Airport should you choose. There is a parking space in front of the house at no additional Charge. Due to covid please bring house shoes as I dont allow outside shoes in the house and for reasons of hygiene I dont allow guests to be barefoot. Some guests check out very early, therefore, I do not include breakfast in the price. However, if I'm around in the morning I'm quite happy to make toast and coffee.
