La Cerisaie is a big family house built in 1620, renovated and tastefully decorated in 2012. In a big garden entirely surrounded with walls. 6 large and comfortable bedrooms for 12 guests. located in the beautiful area of Burgundy. 1h15 by train form Paris. 3 bathroom, 5 toilest (2 are separated from bathrooms), fire place and free wood, big chief stove, dish washing machine, clothes washing machine, large refrigerator, microwave, wifi, ping pong table, 7 bicycle. Somebody will be in the house to welcome you, show you the house and explain you every thing about the area. A very detailed notice is also available in the house, and a very kind lady who leaves in th village will help you if any need. I will stay available any time on the phone. Close to the big Othe Forest, and to the beautiful Burgendy canal that you can discover with the house bikes, or by walk. You can as well swim in the Yvonne river close from the house. 1.15 hour train from Paris Bercy station. The station (Laroche Migennes) is 5 mns from the house. Train every houre from and to Paris. Car rental at Joigny (previous station 10 mns from the house). 1.30 hour drive to Paris Highway n°A6. Parking for cars in the village and in the closed parking of the house. We spend a lot of time in the house. That mean that the house contains personal belonging when we rent it (books, games, decoration items...).
