Lake Davis Mountain home (This home has a 3 night minimum) "Sleeping Grizzly Den" is a British Columbia Lindal custom cedar home with incredible beams and a high pitched roof.  Built into a hillside with large windows, facing into the forest. Your dream mountain vacation home...awaits.  Located near Lake Davis outside of Graeagle, CA this amazing mountain retreat is what a vacation is all about.  Private one acre lot that is serene, beautiful and so close to the Lake! If you decide to bring your pet (limit 2 dogs) there is a $ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) pet fee/pet that we will add to your reservation invoice after you make a reservation with us. P.S.....this home does have hair dryers for your use! Be sure to read the house rules before making a reservation with us. That way, we are ALL on the same page! Guests will have use of the entire home, the deck, the property and the garage. We are a Vacation Rental management company that is open 7 days a week. Our hours of operation and when we respond to requests and texts is: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during peak season to answer any questions you may have! Easy access to 5 golf courses in the surrounding area and an easy drive to the charming village of Graeagle, CA There is no public transit in Plumas County. But the town of Graeagle, CA is quite walkable with restaurants, golf courses, shops, hiking and biking trails. You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes.There is a 3 night minimum for this home. If you disregard this notice and make a reservation for 2 nights, we cannot guarantee that you will get all of your money back if we cancel your reservation. You will get detailed instructions on how to check in and driving directions to this home. It is on an easy hillside to drive up, but keep in mind, we are in the mountains and there are no street lights. Be sure to print out your map as cell service can be spotty driving up the hill for (Hidden by Airbnb) maps.
