Beautiful self contained apartment with parking

A peaceful apartment with separate access in a quiet backwater overlooking the centre of Bath. Free Parking available onsite or directly outside Spacious living room leading directly onto secluded gardens with patio for alfresco dining. Relax in the spacious private enclosed gardens. One night stay may be possible if requested This is a lovely spacious self contained apartment with a separate bedroom & double fitted wardrobe leading into an en suite shower room. The bedroom has a luxurious double bed with luxury Egyptian Cotton bedding. Hairdryer, towels and toiletries are complimentary. The shower room has a spacious large shower and has recently been completely refurbished, incorporating a large half wall mirror. There is a fully equipped living/dining/kitchen area complete with a combination oven/microwave and separate oven & hob. Tea, coffee, bread & milk etc. are provided along with other items for a continental breakfast. There are large patio doors leading directly onto a patio, perfect for alfresco dining on the outdoor patio table & chairs. The living area has a comfortable sofa along with 2 armchairs to relax. A large flat screen T.V. complete with built in dvd player & plenty of DVD's for a chilled time in. A powerful fire makes it very snug on cooler evenings. The whole apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard. A fully enclosed, secluded garden. It is a very peaceful spot surrounded by trees and birds with different areas to relax. A travel cot & highchair can be provided for little ones or a full sized single aerobed for the slightly bigger ones! There is separate access to the apartment and full use of the private patio complete with table, chairs. You have full use of the garden including a relaxing swing. The whole property (including our own home) is accessed through electronic gates making it very private. Parking in Bath is a luxury and we have onsite parking or free parking outside. This is a bonus in Bath as parking is very limited/expensive. I work from home so am usually able to greet you upon arrival. I am more than happy to offer recommendations on places of interest, restaurants, leisure facilities and any current activities/festivals taking place in Bath and the surrounding areas. There are many things going on in Bath all year round and plenty of good quality restaurants to chose from (see folder). If any other information is required please do not hesitate to ask. This is a quiet neighbourhood with a local pub serving food Thursday-Sunday just 3 minutes walk from the property. Another local pub just 5 minutes also selling pizzas. This area is a tranquil spot away from the hustle and bustle of the City but within easy walking distance of all the City has to offer. The walk into the City is picturesque with views overlooking the Centre. Open countryside, lovely walks and country pubs are within easy reach. Bath itself is a world heritage site and is steeped in history with incredible architecture. It has a wide variety of entertainment includings theatres, cinemas and spas to mention a few. Shops to suit all requirements are available within the City Centre just 15 minutes walk from the property (add an extra 5 minutes for the walk home as it is quite a steep hill, hence the views)! A taxi for 2 is cheaper than the bus at approximately £6-7.00 shared. There are many places of interest within easy access e.g. Stonehenge, Lacock, Cheddar and many more. Please note the postcode is BA1 5QB Suggest you walk into Bath as it is very pretty and takes almost the same time as the bus. Bus stop is 2 minutes from the house. Taxi to and from Bath Centre is approximately £6.00-£7.00 Train station is just over 1 mile from the house . Bristol airport is 45 minutes by taxi or 1 hour by airport bus which can be caught in the City Centre. London by train is 1hr 15 minutes. Bristol by train 12 minutes. M4 Motorway just 15 minutes by car. We are in a quiet area overlooking Bath. It is a 15 minute walk into the City Centre (add an extra 5 for the walk home as it is up quite a steep hill, hence the lovely views). There are regular buses to and from the property just a 2 minutes walk from the house and a taxi ride is around £6.00-7.00. A taxi is more cost effective than trying to park in the City itself which is hugely expensive. We have steps leading to the apartment so unfortunately it is unsuitable for people with disabilities. There are lovely countryside walks within 5 minutes of the property.
