Have a great night's sleep on the top-of-the-line mattress, and make yourself a coffee to enjoy in the morning! Amentities include keyless entry, smart tv, wifi, parking spot, and kitchenette. Close to Wheaton College, College of DuPage, and downtown Wheaton. Only a 35 minute drive to downtown Chicago! ZERO tolerance for parties or smoking! This new, private studio suite is attached to our home. It's fully private with a separate entrance around the side of the house. We are here to help if you need us - just send us a message! Please note: there is a ZERO tolerance policy for parties, events, and smoking. Violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction. .The studio suite includes a kitchenette (fridge, Keurig coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher), a table and chairs, a sitting area (with loveseat and lounge chair), a queen bed with a Smart TV to watch, and a large bathroom. Includes up to 2 parking spots on our driveway on the right side. There is a path around the side of the house that goes to the separate entrance of the apartment.  Should any problem arise during your visit, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to make it right! Wheaton is an amazing town with so much to offer! There are a ton of incredible restaurants (we have a list of them in the apartment), there is the famous Popcorn Shoppe (the world's smallest candy store), Cosley Zoo, the Morton Arboretum, and so much more! We are very close to the College of DuPage, as well as Wheaton College. The Metra has several stops that are a few minutes drive from our house. You can take the train right into downtown Chicago. Wheaton has a lot of wonderful public parks and trails, and the Morton Arboretum is 4 minutes away. Once you reserve your stay, we will email you a unique code that you can use for the keypad to gain entry to the apartment. Your code will remain active for the duration of your stay.
