This cozy ranch is spacious and comfortable located in a quiet neighborhood just 3 miles from the Capital. There is one bathroom available for guests. Talk to the host about groups larger than 4 for additional aerobed option. Your lovely hosts may be on site during your stay but will reside in the lower level of the home during your visit. Hosts are quiet and respectful of your space. There is no crossover between guests and hosts. Guests have private space, although owners may be onsite on lower level during your stay. We are generally gone during the months of January and February, which makes this perfect for a longer term winter rental. In the summertime we have abundant fresh herbs for guests that love to cook. If Guests would like to schedule entertainment please contact host. Musician Mona Augustin is available for booking private concert for an additional fee. Guests enter through the front door and have access to a fully appointed private kitchen, with new full size stainless appliances. Guests have access to 2 queen bedrooms and 1 full bath. Private backyard/patio are available for guests to use. Guests should park in the driveway. We are generally onsite during your stay but have a separate living space that we use. We will never enter your rented space unless requested by the guest. I am available by text or email and typically respond very quickly to any questions guests may have. Quite neighborhood, walking distance to Willy North Coop, Lake Mendota, Bear and Bottle, Ale Aslyum, and just 5 min from Dane County Airport. Easy Access to the busline, Uber, green cab, union cab. Walking distance to a few local pubs, and grocery coop. Hosts on site , residing in lower level. There is no cross over between hosts and guests.
