Live right on the lake overlooking the mountains in the middle of a nature reserve, this wonderful retreat is surrounded by 3000m2 grounds and is situated on a very long private water front. Only 10 km from Zürich City and only 10 km from the airport, it is perfectly located by car. Only for private holiday use. Strictly no partys!!! Not suitable for children because of the waterfront! The band of windows that stretches along the ground floor of the façade offer a spectacular view which means, even whilst cooking your dinner inside, you can enjoy watching the loitering clouds make their way across the lake’s reflection. The situation of the house on the lakefront is spectacular! Please understand, NO PARTYS allowed. In the Inside the house is furnished in a manner keeping with the style of this quaint Swiss chalet. The main room for example, features a beautiful 18th century Swiss masonry Stove. For security reason we prefer not to use it. No worries: every room has its own heater to keep you warm in wintertime . For hot summers the rooms on the first floor have air conditioning. We are renting the whole holiday House. We would like to remind you that the Lake House can only be used for holiday purposes and is designed for nine persons. STRICTLY NO PARTIES ALLOWED. For consideration of local residents, we ask you to comply with the contractual clause. Parking space is limited to two cars. Dogs are not allowed (nature reserve) The big house garden is totally private. But please note, this is a popular area for walks, picnics and sunbathing. Therefore you may have some noise from the visitors of the nature reserve.
