Fanore House (family room C) , Oranmore

As all our kids have now flown the nest we decided to share our home with guests looking to explore the west of Ireland. Family room C is one of two spacious bedrooms we have listed on Airbnb (also check out Fanore House Family Room D listing). Each room has 1 double bed and 2 single beds and each has it's own private bathroom. Continental breakfast is served in the dining room each morning between 8.30am & 10am. Vaccine certs required We are situated in the heart of Oranmore Village within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, shops and public transport. Galway Bay Golf Club, Renville park and the Marine Institute are only 2 km from our home. We are only a 10 minute drive to Galway city. We are ideally located for touring both North Clare and County Galway most especially Connemara. The Cliffs of Moher & Doolin where the ferry to the Aran Islands departs are just an hour away in one direction, the Ferry to Aran from Rossaveal is 50 mins in the other direction. Guest access is through the front door and family room C is located on the 1st floor. Oranmore is a lovely village located on the Wild Atlantic Way and just 3 km from the motorway. It is a vibrant place with many businesses close by. There is a good choice of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops within walking distance. There is also a choice of 4 supermarkets in the village. Oranmore also has a few boutiques, a lovely shoe shop, 3 pharmacies, new agency and a choice of hairdressers and beauticians so all your needs can be catered for. Fanore House is located a 2 minute walk from the bus stop. 7/8 minute walk from train station. The M 6 is only 3km and M 17 is only 6km. Galway city is 10 km away. Galway race track is 5km. Galway Clinic 4km, Merlin Park Hospital 5km and Bons Secour hospital 6km All bedrooms have a smart 32" TV which is Netflix enabled. When you're tired touring come back & relax and sign into your account and watch a movie. There is plenty of parking spaces to the rear of the house. You can drive right around the house. I recommend you drive up to the left and park near the trees. Exit in the the opposite direction.
