Comfortable Cosy Room

Our place is in a nice suburb close to parks, swimming pool & Liverpool! We're 10 minutes drive from Whiston Hospital. You’ll love our place because of the outdoor space, it's homely, comfortable, close to transport links to Liverpool, and we have four chickens. Our place is good for doctors at Whiston Hospital, couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Other attractions within reach include: Liverpool Airport, Aintree Racecourse (Grand National), Whiston Hospital, LFC & Everton FC A first-floor rear bedroom with a double bed, a desk, plus a built-in closet. Being south facing the room is light and comfortable. You would be welcome to use the kitchen and the common areas of the house. The bathroom has a bath with shower and it is also shared. There's a medium sized garden at the rear of house creating a relaxed space for you to unwind. We're an open-minded family and are happy to socialise or help out throughout your stay with us. Located in an end terraced house in a quiet cul-de-sac. We are priced competitively to reflect that we are located 7 miles from Liverpool City Centre, despite this, we have some really great transport networks. Car We’re 5 minutes drive to the M57 and M62 motorways, and it takes approx. 20 minutes to drive to Liverpool City Centre. Taxi We have a competitive Taxi industry and would recommend Delta Taxis rather than Black Cabs. Train The property is about 20 minute walk from the Huyton Train Station. From there you can get to Liverpool City Centre in 15 mins, Wigan in 30 mins and Manchester in 60 mins. They run approx. every half an hour to Liverpool City Centre, with the last train to Huyton from Liverpool City Centre being 11:20. Bus There's a bus stop 5 minutes walk from the property. From there you can get to Liverpool City Centre in 50 minutes. They run every 15 minutes, with the last bus at 12:12am to Huyton. We’re 15 minutes walk away from the local supermarket (ASDA), and 5 mins drive from Knowsley Safari Park. We believe the city is really accessible via train, Jon has previously daily commuted to it from our home.
