Luxury double room with Superhost
My relaxed and comfortable home offers you something special whether you're having a city break or need somewhere to stay just for the night. I'm a live in host so staying with me is about being welcomed in and feeling like this is your home, for as long as you need it. You'll be treated to fresh luxury linen, a power shower, tea, coffee and access to everything that you need to be comfortable. My home has proved to be a perfect stop over for people looking to be close to Glasgow, Loch Lomond and the Gateway to the Scottish Highlands. This is a luxury double room for guests looking to treat themselves, even if just for the day. My home isn't suitable for guests travelling with children. Guests have full access to the flat including the high spec kitchen, relaxing living room and bathroom with power shower. There is a lot of public parking next to the flat. You will be given your own key so that you don't have to worry about being back at a certain time. Guests should treat the flat like their own and have access to all indoor space as well as the balcony and back garden. Check in is whenever is good for you after 2pm. I make sure to greet you on arrival and get you settled in to the flat. Usually with a cup of tea and some biscuits. If our schedules can't make that happen, I'll be sure to give you instructions on how to get in and make yourself at home. My work means that I am often not in the flat at the same time as guests so there's usually some time to yourself. The flat is within walking distance of a number of practical amenities like Asda, Morrisons and the Co-Operative Food. Costa Coffee and the Malt and Myre pub/restaurant are closer still. Dumbarton Castle, the Denny Tank Museum and Overtoun House/The Crags Circular walk mean a day in Dumbarton is worthwhile too. For those with a car, you can venture to Loch Lomond Shores retail and leisure complex or the tourist village of Luss in just 15 minutes. Glasgow City Centre is just a 30 minute train ride from Dumbarton Central Station. There is great public transport from First Bus with stops for the 1, 204 and 206 services very near by. Buses from the street run to Balloch and Glasgow. The main train station 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes taxi away and links to Oban, Glasgow, Helensburgh and Balloch. I've listened to feedback and instead of offering the cooked breakfast that you'll see in my reviews, I've reduced the nightly price. You'll still have all the tea and coffee you need and access to the kitchen.
