The village is perfectly situated on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park which is approximately 4 miles from the house. The accommodation comprises on the ground floor entrance hall, lounge/dinning room, kitchen, bathroom, shower over the bath. Full central heating. Complimentary Wi-fi included. The house has a high speed wireless broadband super fast and unlimited. It has good internet connection and guests were impressed with the speed that keeps you connected. Living room: with 37 "TV with French doors that leads to the dining room. Kitchen: It is well equipped with large work surfaces, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, Microwave, Washing machine, Dryer. The modern fully equipped kitchen leads to a nice well-kept garden. This house has its own private enclosed back door entrance. The lawn is Astro turf. The house has its own free private parking to the side of the house. There is a bicycle shed with a key. Walk up stairs to the 1st floor 2 bedrooms (1 double room and 1 twin room). 1 dressing room. There is an attractive private enclosed garden with a patio where guests can relax and enjoy a meal outdoors. You will have full access to the accommodation via a private entrance. We are usually at home and will be more than happy to offer any advice or guidance about attractions in the local area. We live near by and available at hand when requested. Gwaun-Cae-Gurwen. The village is perfectly situated on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park which is the start 4 miles away from the house. There is a local supermarket nearby with a cafe. Larger supermarkets are 5 miles away from the house.. Local hairdresser, doctor’s surgery, chemist and dentist are nearby. Stroll down to the local restaurant and sample some of the local ale, fantastic meals and warm hospitality. There are buses available to Ammanford town and from there is a Ammanford train station. We also have local taxis. It is most convenient to travel by car if you want to enjoy the natural beauty’s of the Brecon Beacons National Park and the wonderful treasures that Wales can offer you. Fluffy bath towels/linen provided. There is a high chair, stair gate and cot available. Just let us know when booking so that these will be set up and will be ready and waiting for you when you arrive. NOTE: We do not supply bedding/pillows for the cot. We are very pleased to welcome one small/medium behaved dog only at Gelli House, however please note that a small fee of £15 will be charged per stay, and is payable locally on arrival.
