Attic in Jasmine house

This is a large villa split into three apartments. The villa is located two minutes walk from Ciammarita beach and ten minutes walk from the little village of Trappeto where all the main shops are. The open space loft is located on the second floor and has is own entrance and privacy. It has one large bedrooms on a mezzanine, without a door, two single beds on the open space, one bathroom, the living room and the kitchen. The loft has an unique view on the sea that can not been seen that easily anywhere else. It's get a lovely breeze from the sea during the hottest days in Sicily and it's extremely quiet. The nice balcony has table and chairs so you can relax and enjoy the nice view on the Castellammare Gulf. You will have the all loft for yourself. The only part of the villa in common with other people would be the entrance. We live on the first floor above you and we are easy to get in contact with. It's a nice and quiet neighbourhood and everybody is friendly. Two minutes away there is a beach and you will find a few beach bars and a restaurant there. It is recommended to rent a car from the airport so you can visit the island and pick up shopping when needed.
