Lovely apartment located in a small Tuscan village not far from the sea. Fully renovated apartment, very bright and spacious. There is a living room with a double sofa bed and fireplace, kitchenette and dining area with wonderful views over the hills and the church of San Biagio, very large room with king bedroom, bathroom with shower. Upstairs another king bedroom. Located on the third (and last) floor without elevator. It is possible to park for free in the street and in a parking area dedicated to 1 minute from the apartment. - Linens and towels. - Wi-fi (pay-as-you-go). - TV. - Electric oven, fridge with freezer, gas hob. - Phon. - Washing machine, clothes hanger, iron, ironing board. According to tradition, Caldana is divided into four districts: Caldana Vecchia, the Borgo, the Convento and the Chestnut trees. When you visiting the village we can still see the bastions of the ancient castle and in the small alleys are mostly visible original architectural elements. The village of Caldana is also famous for the splendid underground cellars (Cantinoni) with vaulted ceilings connected to each other by underground passageways. During the main village events, wineries become the location of artisan and food and wine markets creating a unique and magical atmosphere. Here you can enjoy the pleasure of Tuscan cuisine and wine, in one of the great and numerous restaurants in the surroundings or in the village itself.
