La Maison des Hiboux (4) - with private pool

La Maison des Hiboux is a renovated farmhouse in a peaceful setting in South West France. It has been tastefully refurbished, offering guests modern facilities yet retaining its rustic charm. The house will comfortably accommodate four guests. Child friendly gardens offer plenty of outside space and private use of a 10 x 5m swimming pool. Guests from all backgrounds are welcome at La Maison des Hiboux and pets can be accommodated by arrangement (small additional fee will apply) Holiday accommodation consists of an open plan living room and kitchen area on the ground floor and two en suite bedrooms on the first floor. Guests have direct access to gardens and their own private use of pool. When in residence, owners live in a separate part of the house. La Maison des Hiboux is situated in a rural location but within a few minutes drive of all local amenities. Guests will require their own transport. Parking at La Maison des Hiboux is free. Guests will be welcomed to La Maison by the host and/or caretakers and will remain contactable during the length of their stay. La Maison is situated on the outskirts of Coimeres, a typically quiet South Western France village with a shop and boulangerie. Guests will have easy access to all amenities in the larger towns of Langon and Bazas. Guests will enjoy the peaceful surroundings whilst at La Maison des Hiboux. Use of a vehicle is recommended to see all that the area has to offer. The local train station at Langon offers a direct short journey into Bordeaux. A small additional fee, payable on arrival, will be charged to guests who wish to bring their dog with them.
