HOUSE WITH CHARACTER

This lovely house has been made available by the French owners for the past twenty years. It consists of 5 bedrooms; at the second floor, the master bedroom with large family bathroom ensuite; two twin bedrooms ant one nursery with a cot and single bed and another bathroom and separate WC. At the first floor, the salon which is furnished with antiques and comfortable seating, has large windows overlooking the garden and swimming pool. There is a double bedroom and an office off this salon. Front the entrance hall there is a dining room and through the hall is the fully and well equipped kitchen. There is also another bathroom and separate WC. The walled garden contains mature trees and surrounds the house on three sides. The pool is regularly maintained and heated. The is a changing room by the pool whith shower and a barbecue During the months of July and August weekly rentals are from sunday to sunday. The price includes all maintenance charges, the bedding (the beds are made), the household linen (table cloths, tea towels) and towels (not towels for the swimming pool), as well as the final cleaning. Refundable inventory deposit (250€) A guarantee deposit is asked of the hirer on arrival. This will be refunded at the latest 4 weeks after departure. If need be, the money owed by the hirer for charges or repairs will be deducted from the deposit. Insurance You are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance to include personal belongings and public liability, since these items are not covered by the owners insurance.
