THE Lakeview House in Zurich

An amazing view of the Zurich Lake on the most exclusive area in Switzerland- bright, spacious, 10 minutes drive to the city. Access to the lake - 3 minutes walk. A minimum of 3 nights is required. The minimalist furnished house is ideal for a group of friends or a family. From the sunny living room with an open kitchen, the spectacular view of the lake could be enjoyed. The location boasts a huge terraces and an asian garden - a relaxing and comfortable sitting /lounging is available. There are three double rooms - all 3 rooms have double beds. Ideally 6 guests with 2 children. If a separate/extra bed is required - please clarify before booking. There is one bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. There is one separate toilet. The location is a few minutes away for a swim, from a selected trendy Zurich restaurants and bars, from the fine sandy beaches of Zurich, from the famous city shopping on Bahnhofstrasse. Within an hour or less most leisure activities could be reached - the alps for skiing, the exclusive golf courses for a game, most tourist attractions could be visited. Whatever you wish, the proprietors will be glad to help you organised everything. An additional double room with shower and toilet could be rented - this will cost additionally. The guests of the Lakeview house have exclusive access to the huge wooden terrace overlooking the lake (with lounge furnitures, sun loungers) , where one can relax, enjoy the sun and chill out. The pebbled garden- which is adjacent to the huge terrace is a common area which is used to access the other two rental units on the ground floor. This area is equipped with outdoor dining table and chairs, which is for exclusive use of guests staying on the Lakeview House. The rental is on the first and second floor of a 3 level house. Your host live in the same location/ property and therefore, can assist your needs during your stay. The neighbourhood is calm and quiet in an exclusive area in Zürich, where most upper class personalities live. Access to some necessities like grocery, pharmacy, butchery, post is 5-10 minutes by foot. It takes ca. 12 minutes to the center of Zürich by train or by car. Train frequency is every 15 minutes. The train station could be reached in ca. 12 minutes by foot - it is a lovely walk.
