Spacious loft apartment on the edge of Dartmoor

Enjoy a stay in this beautiful location set on the edge of Dartmoor and near to the charming village of Lustleigh. Great for walking and exploring the moor. The private apartment has an ensuite bedroom with a king size bed and an adjoining large sitting room. Guests are welcome to use the garden. Lustleigh is a five minute drive away, or a fifteen minute walk. There is a pub, shop and tea room in the village. A very warm welcome to all. The house is detached and has a lovely garden (which guests can use) and great views. The upstairs rooms are light and airy. The whole apartment is carpeted and recently decorated. Amenities in the living room include a fridge, kettle, cafetiere and necessary cutlery and crockery. Free tea and coffee is always available and the price includes a complementary breakfast left in the sitting room. The two rooms are private, light, large and airy. The bedroom with a king size bed has its own en suite bathroom with a shower. The sitting room is also private and airy. Guests are very welcome to use the garden. Breakfast can be eaten either in their room or, in the Summer, enjoy the fabulous views from the deck. I live in the house on the ground floor. The area around is of outstanding natural beauty and there are many walks to be had from the front door, or further afield up onto the moor. There are no close neighbours, the village is very friendly and has a lovely pub and cafe. Lustleigh is a beautiful, old and much visited Devon village. As well as being on the edge of Dartmoor, just an hour away there are beautiful beaches in the South Hams area. There is parking at the property. Guests will need to have their own vehicle to get the most from their stay although a bus does run from the village to nearby towns. Guests are very welcome to use my kitchen but I request that meat and fish is not cooked as I am a vegetarian. I have two very well behaved dogs and one cat.
