'Crozon House' - Dartmoor and Beach Living

Crozon House is in a village location on the Edge of Dartmoor and close to the coast. Lovely views of Dartmoor can be seen from the large garden, which includes a large lower patio for dining & top patio (perfect to watch the sun go down!) 2 rooms have doubles and the 3rd a bunk bed. For adults not wanting to argue over top bunk! then there's a sofa bed downstairs :) pub, co-op, deli, butchers, pharmacy, hair salon, park, rec and skate park all in walking distance along with some gorgeous walks. Property located in a quiet, friendly estate in a village location We have off-road parking for 2 cars, plus there is free on road parking available too Bus stop close by for Plymouth, Paignton, Totnes... Nearest train station is Iybridge - 10min drive, which has free parking
