Beautiful house in a natural environment in the south of France. This on a site of 18 hectares with woods, meadows and views of the Pyrenees. You can use our Swimming pool but it is not private!. Of course we also make use of it. You can also use the spa and sauna. The French house is located in a natural and quiet environment on a hill in a beautiful French landscape. View of the Pyrenees forest and meadow. On the 18-hectare estate there are badger burrows and foxes and deer can be seen. There are also many beautiful birds such as owls, woodpeckers and birds of prey. you can walk here and enjoy the peace and nature. You can also use our swimming pool (which is not private) and possibly use the sauna and spa. The house is fully furnished and equipped with all comforts. The house (what we call the orange house) has 1 living room, 1 kitchen with large fireplace, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 3 terraces around the house, 1 covered terrace. Large lawn around the house with trampoline, swings and slide. A forest to walk in, meadows and beautiful views. There is parking in the garden and in the area you can cycle, walk and to go to the shops you need a car. We live outside the village of Saint Frajou. In the village of Saint Frajou is a museum and a library. The village has 205 inhabitants. 7 km away is the village of l'Isle-en-Dodon, here are shops such as: intermarche, casino, post office, tabac, restaurants, bars, hairdresser, bakers, gammvert, doctor, police station, vet etc..... Also Saint Frajou has a large lake where you can fish. Swimming is at your own risk. There is also another large lake 2km away and it is located in a very large forest. Where you can walk, cycle, picnic. Here too, swimming is at your own risk. Toulouse is 70 km from us and the Pyrenees are an hour's drive from us. So you are also in Spain in an hour. In winter, skiing is also possible, the first ski area is 1 hour away. The house and its surroundings are for people who love peace, nature and relaxation. ideal for several families or for large families with children.
