Linda's Annexe near A92

Converted annexe with a separate entry way through the shared garden. The accomodation consists of an open-plan kitchen / lounge area where there is a sofabed (sleeps 2) and two bedrooms, with a double bed in each. Located just off the A92. Please Note: Roughly 50 minute drive to Edinburgh. Modern, newly-refurbished and spacious annexe with separate entrance from main house. Comprised of 2 double bedrooms and sofa bed in living room area - sleeps 6 in total. Also included is use of TV and wifi. There is a large, secure double garage which can be used for storing sports equipment (for example - golf clubs, bicycles, etc) if required. Upon request, there is also use of: -travel cot -high chair -washing machine Guests are more than welcome to access the patio area. As this accomodation is a converted annexe, I will be on hand throughout your stay to give assistance, should any help be needed. Only a short 10 minute walk to Gilvenbank Park, where there is a lovely play park and open areas perfect for an evening stroll. Across the road from the park, there is Gilvenbank Hotel which has a bar area and restaurant - the food is delicious! There are loads of places to go hill-walking and plenty of golf courses to navigate through. There's a nearby swimming pool with gym or shopping at the town centre. We're located just off the A92, giving you easy access to Perth, Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline. Nearby train station with regular trains to Edinburgh, Dundee and Glasgow. Any more info - just ask! Busses come regularly which will take you to either the bus station or continue on to Kirkcaldy. Markinch train station is only a short drive away with regular trains to Edinburgh, Dundee and Glasgow. Taxi services are reliable and relatively inexpensive. We have a large garden which is shared between the main householders and any visitors. Whilst you are welcome to use this space should you wish, along with the table, chairs and BBQ (if the weather is nice), you should also be aware that we have three very friendly collie dogs who would love to say hello if they see you around.
