Charming, bright Loft room

We offer a pretty ~45 square meters large bright attic room for up to 3 people on the 2nd floor of our apartment house with garden! We are at the further outskirts of Salzburg City. The bus takes about (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) min in the Old Town! We take the Covid issue very seriously. As before the pandemic, thorough cleaning and disinfection is very important for us and we ask our guests to also adhere to the guidelines! Really nice large attic room with laminate flooring and a double bed (140cm) and a bunk (90cm). The room has 2 side windows and 3 skylights! The large bathroom with toilet and shower is located on the ground floor and also has a washing machine and tumble dryer you can use on request! Note: Access to the private bath room from outside doorstep - 2m (see photo)! You find a fridge, a water Boiler, induction cooking plate, dishes, pans and glasses in your room! There is NO running water in the room itself, but we offer you 2 full water bottles you can refill in the bath room! large garden with terrace and barbecue. In the bathroom you find a washing machine and tumble dryer you can use on request! We have 1 parking spot and a bike storing! We are pleased about every guest and if you want we can cook together, or we will show you the citylife if we have time! Of course we can give your recommandations for what to do! Many times friends visit us and we do a big barbecue in the garden and you are welcome to enjoy it with us! Some nice restaurants and a pizzeria are around the corner! In the near surrounding you will find a small shop for drinks and some Food 100m from our house (Lagerhaus) and little bit away a Supermarket (Penny), a shopping outlet, a shopping center and cineplex cinema!
