Spacious country guest room. Separate entrance. Quiet area. Private bedroom & full bath. Entry door from the outside, separate from the main house. Wifi. Spacious bathroom. Short drive to Lake Hogan & Lake Camanche & Pardee Reservoirs. See the giant sequoia's at Calaveras Big Trees State Park. 2 1/2 hour drive to Lake Tahoe & Yosemite National Park. Bear Valley & Kirkwood Ski Resorts are less than 2 hours away. 45 min from quaint town of Murphy's shops and wineries. 45 min from Lodi Wineries. Our home is on a 4 acre lot. Quiet & peaceful area. Lots of parking. Boats & trailers welcome. Sit outside in the evenings or early mornings and enjoy the natural surroundings. I am available when needed but I like to give guests their space. Especially during this time of social distancing. Homes are well spaced in this rural setting. Nice place for a walk. We are about 10 minutes from town where you there is grocery shopping, a few restaurants, Starbucks, fast food, etc.
