Happy Mountains Alpine Apartment 2 "Arnspitze"

This cosy yet spacious apartment is perfect for families, couples or groups that love to be surrounded by nature, but also want to be near to local amenities. Our apartment provides a home-from-home so you can just relax and enjoy your break. Welcome to paradise! We are wonderfully situated in the Leutasch Valley, a mecca for all outdoor enthusiasts. This peaceful rural idyll is only a 25 minute drive from Innsbruck airport and 2 hours from Munich. Our modern and spacious 2 bedroom holiday flat will suit families and groups alike. There's a sitting room with corner sofa, smart TV and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with fabulous shower and washing machine. In 2020 we have also added an outdoor nook with a hammock for those lazy afternoons. The price shown is for 4 people. Extra guests will be changred at 5€ per night. End-cleaning (45 €) will be added onto the price of every booking. Bed-linen, towels and local taxes are included. From May until the end of October, free daily access to the luxury local swimming pool (Alpenbad, 2k away) is also included. The apartment is on the first (upstairs) floor and is therefore, unfortunately not suitable for those with poor mobility. The fenced garden is available should you want to sunbathe, or use the grill hut. Leutasch is a truly unique area. The amazing views and incredibly fresh air, make it a really relaxing and calm place to be. It would be great to have an estimated time of arrival from you so that we can be there to meet you personally. If we need to pop out, we'll leave the flat ready and the key in the key safe. If we have no outgoing guests, then you might be able to arrive earlier than 2pm. Please ask. We live in the the same building so we're usually here on site to help you get the best out of your holiday. If we go away, we'll let you know in advance and leave a contact number for someone locally. Leutasch is a high alpine valley that captures the heart of everyone that visits. We are situated in the village of Weidach, a true alpine community which is perfectly set up for tourists. A supermarket, great restaurants and pubs are only a 5 minute walk away. The ski resort of Seefeld-in-Tirol is only a 10 minute drive or bus ride away. There are hundreds of miles of well marked paths accessible from the doorstep. In summer you could run, mountain-bike, hike between the alpine huts or just chill out and enjoy the air and the views. In Winter you could ski, cross-country ski, ski-tour, walk, toboggan, snow-shoe and much much more. There is also a fabulous local swimming baths "Alpenbad" which is free of charge for our summer guests. Leutasch is accessible from Innsbruck or Munich via train and connecting bus. Once here, you can easily do without a car. If you do bring a car, then you could use it to make day trips to Garmisch-Partenkirchen or to the Neusschwannstein Castle. There is one parking space per apartment. A bus pass for the whole Seefeld Plateau is free of charge to all guests. Buses run regularly (about 1 per hour) to Seefeld.(10 miuntes). From there you can get a train direct to Munich (2 hours) or to Innsbruck (40 minutes). DVD player in flat and DVD library on request. Washing machine and hairdryer also in apartment.
