Excellent bungalow with private garden

My husband and I like to offer you this flat with 110 m2 which is situated in the centre of Alberschwende. In the bungalow you can find an entrance room, a bathroom, separate toilet, 2 bedrooms (about 10 m2), 1 bedroom with bath and washbasin and walk in wardrobe, a big living room, storeroom. On 2 sides of the bungalow you can find a private garden with terrace and on one side there is a playground for children with a tree house, playground slide, a sand box and a swing. The living room contains a couch, big dining table and the kitchen (all together about 40 m2). In the kitchen you can fnd everything you need for the daily use. There is an induction cooker, pots and pans, dishes, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine. In the living room you can also find a wonderful wood fired stove. Our guests can have access to the complete bungalow. Also, on your disposal you can find a storage room, which is also in the same building but not inside the flat. In this room you can put your ski, bobsleigh, bike, baby carriage... You can park your car in front of the main entrance of the flat or next to the storage room. My family and I live about 1 km distance to the bungalow. For any questions you can ask us. Also for information about free time activities you can contact us. You can find our bungalow in the centre of Alberschwende. In direct surrounding you can find a SPAR shop, a Hofer, drogerie market, bakery, post office and a bank. In a 5-minutes walking distance you can go to the closest mountain - we say Hausberg - of Alberschwende - it's the Brüggelekopf. There you find a nice little skiing area in the winter. But you can also hike up the mountain (60-90 minutes walking distance) or go up by mountain bike. Also, in the winter you can find a cross country ski-tracks in about 10 walking minutes from our bungalow. In about 5 minutes walking distance you can find a bus stop which takes you to the cities Bregenz (Bregenzer Festspiele) and Dornbirn or you can go to the Bregenzerwald. The guest tax - it's € 1,30 per person and day - you have to pay at your arrival.
