This in-law apartment was recently renovated and is located in our one-family house in Neerach. It has a separate entry with kitchenette, separate shower & toilette, bed with two 35" mattresses and a 40" TV. Ideally situated für holidays, business trips or also for quarantine reasons. Parking available; Pick-up is possible Unspoilt view into the green and to the nature-sanctuary of Neerach; one of the biggest low-level swamps of Switzerland with a large population of birds. Washing machine & tumbler available against a small fee Guests can move freely and undisturbed thanks to separate entry and key. However we are pleased to interacting and providing hints for transportation and excursions. The ultimate feeling to live out in the green but nevertheless near the cities of Zurich and Bulach. Good connections by public transport (bus) to the economic centers of Zurich North and Airport, e.g. for fairs, exhibitions and concerts (Hallenstadion). Public bus in 4 minutes walking distance. Two buses in 1/2-hour synchronised timetable to Bulach, Oberglatt and Airport with access to the Zurich urban railway network (S-Bahn). In good weather, the breakfast can be held in the separate small garden.
