The Stone Home on Main

Historic stone home located in downtown Lansing, Iowa. We are located on Main Street in the heart of downtown within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Views of the river off the back decks. Private off street parking. Fenced in back yard. The Stone Home is a complete open loft style home.  It consists of 3 levels. The lower level has a walkout to the backyard and has a washer/dryer.  The lower level has a queen bed, a full size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, and a full bathroom. The main level has a walkout to the main street and a back deck.  The kitchen, dining, and living room are on this level.  It contains a single bed in the old saferoom, a full size sofa with memory foam mattress and a 1/2 bathroom. The upper level has a walkout to the back deck with a great view of the river.  It has 2 queen size beds, 1 full size bed and a full bath.  There is a sliding privacy wall that can be opened or closed between the 2 beds depending on your privacy needs. The entire historic building We meet our guests, show them a few specifics, give tips on area attractions/restaurants, and answer any questions.
