The house is located near by the beach and it has a parking lot next to it .You can access the beach anytime, as it is 5 minutes from the (Website hidden by Airbnb) for the local taverns and the local market,are also at a walking distance but if you want to explore more places in the island there are shops, which rent cars in the area. The flat has one bedroom,A well equipped kitchen in case you want to create your own dishes, A bathroom and two balconies to enjoy the sea view. Velanidia is a quiet place located near by a graphic Village, Ormos Marathokampou that has A lot of taverns in which you can try traditional dishes and taste our local wines, while you enjoy the sea view. However, if you want to Cook at home there is a minimarket in the area in about 300m from the house that you can buy supplies from. Besides the local markets and the taverns,Ormos has wonderful paths to walk. Great places to vistit are the marina and the two ports which are ideal for stargazing and taking pictures. Despite that ,a great mention is that Ormos has its own history, captured in painted walls/murals ,so it give you the opportunity to see how people used to live in the areas. The easiest way to reach Odysseas' Apartments is either by car or by taxi .The houses are 31 km apart from the airport (46 minutes),18 km apart from the port of Karlovasi (30 minutes) and 46 km apart from the port of Vathi (1hour).Also there is a bus station in the village that you can have access to Karlovasi and back but the itineraries are limited .
