Rustic country house near Recanati with pool

This beautiful restored farmhouse is located in the peace and tranquility of the Marche countryside, yet is only a 5 minute drive from the picturesque and bustling town of Recanati. The stunning beaches of the Marche coastline are only a 20 to 25 minute drive away, whilst the Sibilini mountains can be reached in an hour. The large one bedroom apartment for 2 guests consists of the whole of the downstairs of the house. It has its own private entrance along with parking and its own outdoor space for eating and enjoying the beautiful views. There is a lounge area with fireplace and a pool table, a dining area and kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and there is a large double bedroom with doors onto the garden and outdoor seating area. There is also a lovely garden along with a pool and these are shared with the owners of the property who reside in the upstairs of the house. Priority for the use of the pool will be given to the guests. Guests have the use of all of the downstairs of the property and an outside area solely for them for eating and relaxing . The only shared spaces are the garden and the pool. Guests will have priority for use of the pool. The owners will be on hand to greet guests and to provide them with any assistance or advice or help they require. The house is only 5 minutes drive from the hilltop town of Recanati which is the birthplace of the famouse Italian Poet Giacomo Leopardi. It has a lively piazza and there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The town of Loreto is only 15 minutes drive from the house and here you can find the Basilica della Santa Casa, a beautiful church.
