Country House with Heated Pool & Pyrenees views

The house has a private heated swimming pool, open from April to November, and is suitable for a family, couples or individuals being situated in a four acres park containing fruit orchards with beautiful mountain views. We are are sorry to say that the house is not in a condition to let at the moment. The listing gives the price per room each containing a double bed. The guest bedrooms, bathroom, shower room and a sitting area on the first floor provide, if desired, self contained privacy for a family of up to five. The heated pool with pool house is separately located from the house within the park. Guests are welcome to access the rooms, garden & pool during the day if staying over. Tables and chairs are available in a number of different locations in the park and at the pool house. Breakfast is provided at a communal table downstairs Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a balcony with garden view and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a single bed and access to a separate shower room. A common sitting area, adjacent to bedroom 2 has a couch and a large screen TV via internet access. Free WiFi is accessible through the house and outside close proximity only. Shared access to garden/park, heated swimming pool and pool house with table tennis and swingball. Children must be supervised by an adult. Home from home - an open covered area of the pool house has a summer kitchen with gas hob, microwave, fridge (without freezing compartment) and sink with table, chairs and crockery plus barbecue allowing guests to take their own meals at no extra cost. My husband & I live in an adjacent part of the house and respect your privacy whilst carrying on our normal life including swimming, tending the garden/park area and walking the dog. Hachan is a small multi-cultural village with church, mairie and small river. Nice towns, lake and bird wildlife reservoir plus aérodrome with paragliding all within 10 mins drive. Several supermarkets and markets within 10 to 20 minutes drive. Restaurants within 2 to 25 minutes drive, opening dependant on day and time of day. Children's outdoor playing activities and Golf course within 20 mins at Lannemezan. Access to the Pyrénées, biking, ski slopes, spas, hypermarkets and Spain within 50 mins. Le Tour de France cycle race passes nearby with Stage 18 (26th July 2018) at Trie-sur-Baise (12 minutes) International Jazz Festival (27th July to 15 Aug 2018) at Marciac with lake (40 minutes). Personal transport is essential. Lourdes/Tarbes airport is 40 minutes & Toulouse airport is 90 minutes. Lannemezan is the nearest SCNF station, 20 minutes and ~ €60 by taxi. Bairritz, within 2 hours, and the Mediterranean are possible day trips Direct routes to the Pyrenees and Spain via Lannemezan.
