Our studio is a luminous ground floor apartment with a garden in St-Prex, which is one of the most beautiful villages on the Geneva's lake shore. St-prex is a medieval village, located between Lausanne and Geneva, with differents restaurants, cafés and beaches (possibility of renting padles). In Winter, St-Prex has a central location between the different ski resorts (40 min by car far from Jura St-Cergues ; 1h from Villars, Leysin, Portes du Soleil ; 1h20 from Verbier, 4 Valleys). Our studio apartment has been recently renovated, it contains one big living room with a sofa-bed (the mattress is of high quality 160/200cm), table and chairs, bookcase and desk, wardrobe, one exercice bike, a high quality TV (high-speed WIFI , 600 channels, Netflix, youtube..). The kitchen is entirely fitted and one private bathroom. Baby is very welcome, travel bed, changing table and baby chair are available on request. There are also a private garden and a patio with garden furnitures, very quite. A laundry room is available in the building. There are 2 free parking spaces available. The studio apartment is also located 8 minutes walk from St-Prex village centre, the lake shore with the beaches and the CGN boats landing stage. The apartement is also located 5 minutes walk far from the train station (which allows you to travel to Lausanne (20min) or Geneva) (30min), the shopping center (bakery, pharmacy) The bus stop is right in front of the building and the bus allos you to travel to the differents villages around and to the pretty town of Morges. 20 minutes by car far from EPFL and the University of Lausanne.
