Hobbit House in Italy

Hobbit House in Italy is a 'Glamping' cabin hidden away in a private corner of a farm in Emilia Romagna. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a small shower room with hot and cold water and a composting toilet, it has solar lighting and phones/laptops can be charged, there is WIFI on site but not in the cabin. All bedding and towels are provided as is tea and coffee. There is a large fridge (cool box) There is a gas hob for summer use and a woodburning stove for cooler seasons (wood is provided) Hobbit house is great for couples but a cot can be added if you would like to bring a baby. Your dog (1) is welcome as long as it is kept on a leash, and must not leave dirt in the garden. Lots of nice walks, beautiful scenery/mountains. Guests have access to a large overground pool, their own private BBQ area, a hammock, sun loungers, they can help themselves to fresh produce from the vegetable garden and fresh eggs are available. The host lives on site and is happy to help with advice or problems, but the cabin can not be seen from the house, it is very private. Like camping there are no external locks, any items of value should be kept with you, alternatively your host will store them for you in the main house. We have mountain spring water, we encourage guests to refrain from bringing plastic bottles as we are zero waste. Any rubbish or recycling should be removed on departure and left in the bins provided in the village. This is a Glamour Camping holiday, 'Glamping' like camping but more comfortable, a bed in a shed. Nicer than a tent but not a hotel. It is set in a rural environment, there are dogs, cats, chickens bugs, and wildlife, if you have allergies, fear or dislike to any of the above you may need to consider this when booking.
