Design Villa with pool and close to the beach

1970 design villa underwent a complete renovation indoors in 2019 with retained 1970s design the villa consists of 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower. a very large living room of over 40 sqm means that there is a lot of space to socialize. there is sleeping accommodation for up to 10-12 people The villa is less than 1 km from the sea and nearest shops "supermarket, pizzeria etc." The town of Mondragone is only 7 km away. Naples is 30 min, by car, Rome less than 2 hours away. usually with dont make the beds since we dont know what person or pair or child are going to use them parking inside the property. there are busses for use but car is recommended if there are any questions or problems i ´m always available either on phone or email. Very quite place. almost no traffic since its in the end of the street
