A well equipped cosy caravan situated on a working smallholding. The caravan sleeps 4 people, has GCH, double glazing, ample parking and a small dedicated outside area, complete with picnic table and bbq. The caravan benefits from a superb view of the coarse fishing lake. Guests are welcome to fish and visit the animals. Located in the heart of South Pembrokeshire, this caravan is ideally situated to explore everything the county has to offer. This lovely caravan benefits from central heating and double glazing, as well as an electric fire. The double bedroom has plenty of storage and an en suite toilet. The second bedroom has two small single beds, and ample storage. The bathroom hosts a half size bath with shower over, sink and wc. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, hob/oven, microwave, toaster and pots/pans etc. The spacious living area has a dining table and plenty of seating, with a 22" TV and DVD player. There are board games, books and DVDs for guests to enjoy. Guests can enjoy views of the smallholding and the lakes from this quiet spot. The caravan is located away from the main house at the end of the garden and there is a private veranda and dedicated outside area with bbq and picnic table for guests use. The smallholding has a range of animals, including sheep, pigs, chickens, and turkeys (as wells our own labradors) which guests are more than welcome to visit and interact with. We also have a coarse fishing lake, for which guests can purchase a day ticket for a small extra charge. We are located about 3 miles from Haverfordwest town, and benefit from great road links. All major attractions, Coastal Path walks and tourist hot spots are all within reach. The nearest beach is just a 10 min drive away, and we are within a 10 min walk of bus routes and a central train line. Parking space for 2 cars. As we are a working smallholding, we are on hand most of the time for anything you may need. We personally welcome all of our guests, and are more than happy to give guided tours, and show guests the animals if they so wish. We have knowledge of the local area and attractions. We always offer a cuppa and a chat, whilst respecting guests' privacy. The caravan is a 15 min walk from the local village, which has a number of pubs, convenience stores and a bakery. The towns of Haverfordwest and Milford Haven can be reached within 5 min drive, both having lovely coffee shops and eateries. We are a short walk from central train line, cycle tracks and bus routes around the county. The Pembrokeshire coastal path can be reached within a 10 minute drive. We are centrally located, near a main highway so every corner of the county is easily reached. As this is a working smallholding, there are tools and machinery on site. There are also 2 bodies of water on the smallholding which are fenced off and gated. However, children MUST be accompanied AT ALL TIMES.
