Home from home in our lovely cosy annex.

Come stay with us in our lovely annex, featuring a private lounge area with TV, kitchenette area with fridge/freezer, toaster & kettle, cutlery & crockery are provided. A separate dressing area & double bedroom with TV (free view). French doors to access a decked area in our suntrap garden. There is also a separate private shower room, sink & toilet for your convenience, situated at the front of the house. You are welcome to use our kitchen & facilities. I have stayed in many airbnb's around the world and think it is an amazing way to travel. The annex is a lovely relaxing place to stay with everything you need to make you feel comfortable. We look forward to welcoming guests to our home, we will try and answer any of your queries as promptly as possible and will endeavour to provide everything you may require for a lovely relaxing stay with us. There is much to do in the local area, you can easily travel around from here. There are some lovely places to eat during your stay that we would be happy to recommend. You will be welcome to use our kitchen to make more complex meals should you wish to, all we ask is that you clean up after yourselves. The annex space is for Adults only strictly No Infants or Children. We work shifts so will be available in the house sometimes. We can be easily contactable via mobile telephone when we are not at home. The house is in a desirable area of Bolton (Bradshaw) with a supermarket & other shops within walking distance. Local pubs nearby serving local beers and fabulous food. There is a lovely 'vegan' cafe in the next village and also a couple of chip shops, something for every taste! There is a park nearby, 2 golf courses, beautiful countryside and the Jumbles Country park is just up the road. There is a regular bus route into Bolton and also Bury at the end of the road. There are also 2 train stations within walking distance to take you to Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and beyond, you can access motorway networks from the A666. The Pennines are easily to drive to, also the beautiful Ribble valley, Forest of Bowland, Haworth etc. Bolton Arena is only a 15 minute drive away, the town itself is approximately 10 mins drive with taxis that are easily available. Manchester airport is a 40 minute drive. We are avid walkers and can provide you with routes both local and further afield, we may even walk with you if you fancy some company! The annex is on the ground floor, there is just one step to get into the house. We have a key safe for guests who arrive when we are out. Parking can be provided on our driveway upon request.
