A couples paradise. Enjoy this private house and Soak in the hot tub or dine on the deck while relaxing on the River front with stunning Mountain View’s. This is one of the most stunning properties in WA. There is everything we think you will need to enjoy an amazing, one of a kind experience. Please note, we have a separate listing for a 3 bedroom house, which is only available when this house isn’t being rented. The house is a private 1 bedroom house not shared. House is in a neighborhood. Couples can enjoy the huge deck on the river which includes a hot tub, fire pit (you must bring your own wood), dining tables and chairs, as well a barbecue. Please note, there are neighbors. Guests have private access to the entire property excluding the 2 back bedrooms which are locked/not used and the locked garage. The owner or cleaners may need access to the garage during your stay to retrieve supplies or vehicles. Guests can contact me anytime via text, voice calling or the AirBnB app. Myself (owner), house cleaner or hot tub maintenance may need access to the garage, may take out/bring in garbage cans, or do hot tub maintenance. We will make every effort to contact you for hot tub maintenance although, garbage will be brought out on Tuesday and brought in on Wednesday. Owner at anytime may access the garage. Very secluded yet close to the towns of North Bend and Snoqualmie. The neighborhood does have neighbors, so please be respectful. Walking distance to hiking and short drives to some of the most famous hikes in the Northwest. Guests can walk or ride bikes to trails. A car or Uber is recommended to go into town Guests are welcome to explore the river and the entire property. Please do not trespass on neighbors property. Owner may need access to garage occasionally. There is a video camera facing the front of the house and one facing the backyard. Please do not tamper with security systems, cameras or smoke detectors.
