Studio nice view, peacefulness

The studio is on Syros island (one of the Cycladic islands). Only about 3 km from some of the most beautiful beaches of the island: Kini, Delfini, Lotos (by car or bus or nice walk on foot!), as well as the 5-6 northern beaches and creeks (10' by boat from Kini). It is close to public transport, the port, the airport, the city center, and nightlife. You’ll love the location, the views, the peacefulness and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The studio is 2 km from the town entrance (Hermoupolis, which is the capital of Syros and the rest of the Cyclades cluster), about 3 km from the port of Syros and about 3.5 km from the central square of Hermoupolis. It is situated on a slope of a small hill on the outskirts of Episkopio village (viewing towards it), which is one of the most beautiful villages of Syros, full of pine trees (actually, one of the two or three green areas of the island) and magnificent 18th-19th century mansions. The location is very advantageous as the spot where the house is is between the capital (Hermoupolis) and some of the most beautiful beaches of the island, being very close both ways. Also, the area is one of the coolest of the island and has the best climate and the lowest levels of humidity compared to other areas due to its position and natural surroundings. There is a small garden as an extension of the studio veranda which is almost entirely used by the guests. My guests can contact me any time of the day or evening for any help, recommendations etc. Peaceful neighborhood, nice and warm people, very discreet[!] and very quiet. You know and feel they are there if you need them, but neither hear nor see them. (All houses in the area are detached ones, each within spacious plots of land, so this distance ensures privacy.) There is a bus stop about 300 m from the house, where the bus to/from Hermoupolis (the capital) or Kini (a seaside village ab. 3 km away) stops. Also, a taxi stand is only ab. 2 km away, so, if you call a taxi, normally it takes it 5'-6' mins (even less) to arrive. (And another 4'-5' mins to take you to the port, or 5'-7' mins to take you to the center of Hermoupolis.) Nice view to Episkopio village (a very picturesque village full of pine trees, beautiful gardens and impressive mansions, most of the 18th or 19th century), the surrounding hills and the sea in a distance.
