Large Luxury Cottage very near Cowdray /Goodwood

Located in the heart of this beautiful South Downs village With a pub, village shop, tennis court, recreation grounds and play ground. Walks and cycling from the door with Goodwood, Cowdray close by and the coast 20 minutes away. It is the countryside dream with an amazing garden with views and a summer house to entertain in. All bedrooms are en-suite except one and dogs are very welcome as are children, The entire house is to rent with a beautiful garden with stunning views. I am always available on my phone for any questions you may have. This is a beautiful village with a pub, shop and recreation ground with walks and bike rides on your doorstep. Petworth Park and House is 5 minutes away as is Cowdray with Goodwood Estate only 20 minutes by car. The West Whittering coast is 30 minutes and London is only 50 minutes by train, Review August 2021 We booked this house for my 40th birthday getaway. 2 nights away with friends staying here - outstanding. Vanessa the property owner is just fab, and answers all questions before we arrived. The house is amazing and we felt at home, when we arrived. I just wish we stayed for longer! We took our two dogs which had a lovely time running around in the large gardens. Each room the house have something to offer and the bedrooms are fabulous. The beds are very comfy and it has a lovely relaxed feeling around the house. This property has such a family feel and we instantly felt relaxed. The location is perfect! There’s a pub opposite, but you need to book way in advance if there’s more than four of you. The outside spaces were great, especially the pavilion- where we had our dinner both evenings. I would definitely recommend staying here and we’ll be back to experience this beautiful house again and the surrounding areas. Get around on foot, bike or car. We have parking for 4 cars.
