Situated in a beautiful grassy valley, Ongar Relax is a group of buildings dating back to 1700 which have been completely renovated and converted into a house with adjoining accommodation consisting of a Bed and Breakfast with 3 rooms, 2 apartments, a breakfast room, and a spa with a sauna, Turkish steam room and a chromatic shower. The complex grew out of a revival of materials, traditions and flavours. The contrada is made up of a main house, now the home of the family which manages Ongar, and a refurbished barn and stable which today serve as the rooms, the breakfast room and the spa. The contrada is surrounded by meadows which have remained cattle grazing pastures, and by woods which are the refuge of many of the small animals native to Lessinia. At Ongar Relax, take in the atmosphere and beautiful scenery of our mountains, enjoying the sense of tranquillity and relaxation typical of the mountains. The personal family management of the hotel, the woodwork in the rooms, and the attention to detail will make your stay comfortable and welcoming. The family managing Ongar Relax, in addition to being connected to the contrada for generations, also runs one of the most typical mountain huts of the surrounding mountains, the Malga Lessinia: located at 1616 mt. The hut has been a popular summer location for generations, known for its production of local milk, ricotta, smoked ricotta and other typical cheeses. A unique opportunity to discover the flavours of traditional Lessinia in their truest form through the tasting of typical dishes such as "gnocchi sbatui", polenta, salami, cheese and much more.
